SHIPPING RATES:

Each piece is handmade in our Berkeley workshop. Orders are processed between 3 days and to up to 4 weeks for custom pieces. Once you place your order, we will send you an email with an approximate ship date. 

• All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.
• Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following week.
• All domestic shipments are shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery if the contents is $500+.
• Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Please email shop@musemetalsmiths.com if you’d like your order shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS :

• International duties and taxes are calculated and included in your total at checkout.
• If your country is not available to ship to, please email shop@musemetalsmiths.com and we will assist you with your purchase.
